We have been with ATT for 25 yrs. After I retired the service started down and about 2 yrs ago it became horrible. ATT gave us a micro cell, basically a VOIP phone so we get calls but no text.

Not sure if I listed AT&T in my previous comments. As stated I have one place outside I can get 1 bar by laying the phone on a table but even then most of the time it isn't good enough to dial out. In my home I get no reception. Have been with them 3 or 4 years. When I first got their service it we better but now I get no reception. I purchased a MicroCell and it won't connect. I have a great ISP, and internet is fast but won't connect. AT&T is telling me it is an internal port in my modem however my ISP says they don't close any ports so I am stuck. Help! Dangerous to live in the country without phone service.

I have to go outside and then lay the phone on a table and talk on speaker because I can't move the phone to my ear. There is only one place I can get 1 bar but even with that most of the time the call drops before it rings. I get no reception in my home at all. My MicroCell quit working and they are telling me it is my router internal and to contact my ISP. I did that and was told they can't access my router internal ports. A nightmare and dangerous living here without a phone. From what I read other providers don't do much better in this area. Help!

We have had absolutely awful cell reception for years now. AT&T even put a 'Hot Spot' device in our home for free that uses witelsss internet as a phone tower, it rerely works! We upgraded recently to their fastest internet speed for Netflix, that even sucks! We pay more, but the speed has not changed. They must meter down the speeds at peak times, but then that's not really my issue, I paid for internet based on their promise to provide... it's up to them to make it happen once they get my money! We've about had it with AT&T.

Must use an airave amphlifer to get a signal out here. When it goes out like once a year it takes about 5 to 7 days to replace it.

We have been with AT&T for a little over three years. Coverage started out very good, but has been very hit or miss for the last two months. Had been with Sprint but switched because they had horrible coverage. Landline is not even an option here anymore.

My phone is a net10 phone and use' s T-Mobile signal it is the absolute worst I have ever had in my life! My old net10 was AT&T never had a problem! If know one fixes this I'll probably go to a AT&T go phone!

Been working in Kokomo about a year and was still pretty happy with Sprint but something has changed in the past month! Data is so slow that most of time pages won't even load. Been with Sprint 10 years and now looking for another carrier

Unreliable connection. Some missed calls and texts. One minute you get 3 bars, another no service. Downloads range from dial up speeds to 10Mbs. It slows down considerably past 12 noon. I believe Verizon has the nearest tower to this area. In Kokomo, Verizon has 2, AT&T has 1, T-Mobile has 1. Pretty bleak if your on the outskirts of the city.
